Paperwork Reduction Act Extension of an Existing Information Collection Without Change
Purpose: 
The Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 requires agencies to publish proposed information collections in the Federal Register for public comment before an agency can use the process (generally a form) to collect information from the public. The proposed information collection was previously published in the Federal Register on November 3, 2015. As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act, this notice provides an additional 30 days for public comment on the extension of an existing collection. The proposed information collection pertains to the National Response Team (NRT) survey. The NRT survey is used to support a Bureau performance measure and assess strengths and weaknesses of a major program in the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
