ATF Offers Reward in Search for Man Suspected in Shooting McKeesport Police Officer
PHILADELPHIA — The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives in conjunction with the Allegheny County Police Department is offering a reward up to $10,000 for information leading to the whereabouts of Koby Francis. Francis is wanted in connection to the shooting of a McKeesport police officer on Dec. 20.

Francis is described as 6-foot-2 with a thin build, black hair and black eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, camouflage pants and black shoes with white soles. Anyone seeing him should call 911 immediately. He is considered armed and dangerous.
